Morning all, thanks for all the lovely encouraging replies :D I have two main fitness goals at the moment. The first is to get my body fat under 20%. I know the scales aren't accurate so I'm not sure what my exact count is, the scales say 21.6%. Pretty good from the high 40's lol. My 2nd goal is to start running properly.…

I've just been diagnosed as anaemic so it's quite possibly that as I had much the same symptoms.

How's that working out for you? I'm also about where you are and am terrified of upping my intake.

She's posted progress pics to her Facebook with comments about how she's done it. She has definitely lost the weight but her face looks sooo tired (iykwim). She did ask how I had lost weight at the start of her journey. This is the 2nd time I've lost a lt of weight, first time I didn't exercise and even then, at over a 14…

I've done Pilates all the way through my journey, started weight training about 5 months ago and have loose skin. Wish I could make her eat more? I now weigh 123lbs and lose weight eating more than she does!

I forgot to add that she apparently visited the doctor and got his approval when she started.

@gwduker. Fabulous smile and awesome hat!

Been doing cardio three times a week( running, power walking). Since march I've added some weight training twice a week and I have also been doing aero pilates daily for the last 12 months

I listened to the majority of members here who say "Start Lifting!" That's the only main difference in my routine. Not bad considering this time last year I was around 250lbs :)

Same here, but I'll crush on you if you crush on me lol

Ooooops, sorry. My bad. Mouth in gear before brain again. I'll edit to say I feel fat today. Sometimes it's still hard to look in the mirror and not see someone 115 lbs heavier

Like others have said already curvy, to me, means having a defined waist. A figure that goes in and out in all the right places. I'm thinking Beyonce, J Lo, Kelly Brook etc. Not that Gemma woman from TOWIE (never watched it but am aware of the existence). I'm 36-26-36 curves

Awesome, that's going on Facebook!!! "Beth has abs!!!"
-
So are they abs? To me they feel like carefully moulded flab lol. I think I have good core muscles underneath the fat I'm carrying. The long term plan is to gradually lose several more pounds of fat and really tone up. ps. Thanks for the lovely encouragement. That's why I love this site :D
