Did a turbofire workout for some extra cardio today. Core syn tomorrow....I like the workout but would like it more if Dreya wasn't in it! Lol!

I use "calisthenics" for the strengh and ARX days. Others may do differently. I don't have a heart rate monitor so I don't know how accurate it would be.

Almost forgot it was recovery week! I was all ready to do chest and back...lucky i just happened to check the schedule. I did core synergistics since i was not prepared mentally for the yoga...loved it!

I used to smoke too....believe it or not, I used to do my marathon training runs and have a smoke right after running! I don't miss smoking but it certainly kept my weight down!

I set my alarm for 3 am and allow a few snoozes so that I am gradually waking up and ready to go by 3:45 (have to do it this early since I have to be at work at 6). Well, my schedule is going to be really mixed up this week. We are having last minute houseguests arrive tonight. I had to revise my week of P90X since I workout very early in the am and my workout room is now going to be someone's bedroom! I did legs and back today instead of a cardio.
