  • I love stevia- I use the kind that comes in little packets, just like splenda. I also add frothed milk... I have a little hand held milk frother that I got at a kitchen store. I works on skim milk, soy and light coconut milk. YUM!

  • Yeah! Now I feel GREAT! I worked 8 hours, and according to caloriesperhour.com, I burned 1,481 calories!! my whole house needs a coat of paint, so maybe by the end of the summer I'll loose a few pounds AND have a pretty house.   • You are an inspiration! I am just getting started, and it feels like I have a loooong way to go. I've had a couple of really good days, and one not so great day (today). It makes a huge difference to record all my meals and look at how those "mistakes" add up. Tomorrow will be better! :smile:
