I haven't tried almond milk just because it sounds gross and I don;t want to buy a whole carton and not drink it ha. But, I have been drinking lite vanilla soy milk lately and it is really good. I made my oatmeal with it this morning and it was delicious!

Seriously though. This is how I gained so much weight without realizing it. I went away to college and wore sweats/yoga pants every day and gained 30 pounds. Crazy...but food...that is what acctually made me gain ha. Great post! :)

4-6. When I first started it was 6 religiously. Now, I have slacked off. I try to go at least 4 times a week. It is hard for me to go on days that I'm not working...but I do it (sometimes). Occasionally I will go twice a day too. Just depends on my schedule for the day.

I always chop them up, put the 0 cal spray butter on with a little splenda brown sugar and cinnamon and put them in the oven. It is so yummy. :)

I eat this delicious recipe called "pumkin fluff" It has a whole tub of fat free cool whip, a sugar free vanilla instant pudding packet and a can of pumkin. It is yummy. It tastes like pumpkin pudding. :)
