I also remember having a hard time getting past 145. I have always had an issue with having a "cheat day" every weekend. Once I decided to not do that, I lost it. Started doing more weight lifting/calisthenics and that helped a lot. I run, do spin, and mostly calisthenics type workouts. I love it. I still have a problem…

5'2, 130 ish now and trying to get to 120...maybe. I'm ok with how I am now, would just like to get rid of some fat and tone a bit more. 105 seems very tiny. I haven't been that small since middle school and I was never a chubby kid ha. Good luck! :)

I know this sucks...but I would say go before you go to work. My husband has to be to work at 6 am and goes to the gym everyday at 4 am. I don't have to be to work until 730 so I don't go until 530. It is a long day, but it could work. :) Good luck.

There is an ab "toning" class at my gym and it kicks everyone's butt...even the guys and gals who lift heavy. So I don't think it is a bad word.

Love the fact that you would never pay a breeder or a pet store! That is one of mine too. And pretty much any house renovation. I honestly thought I couldn't be super skinny...I still feel that. I am 5'2 and have always had a butt and big thighs. I honestly have to think about something else. If I think about running, I will end up stopping. I have to get my mind thinking about something that is not running so I won't think about what I'm actually doing. I have been running for about 2 years now, and I stil hate it haha.

Push ups, burpees, mountian climbers, squats, lunges, planks, side planks, sit ups, and sprints, dips on a chair. There are lots of things. Good luck! :)

Same thing happens to me. I run around a lot of building, thankfully, I just stop in one of them and go. I cannot eat before I run either or I will feel worse. Good luck with your problem. Hope you find a good solution.

Totally agree. If I have a bad day, I just continue to go to the gym and eat healthy like it never happened. My body def knows when I eat bad though...it does not like it ha. Great post!

I am completely obssessed with mashed cauliflower lately! It is delicious. I just mash it in the food processor and put garlic salt and a little butter. It is so yummy. I usually make that with a sweet potato, cut up in the oven with a little cinnamon. Also chicken with garlic, soy sauce and cilantro, so good and so easy!

Congrats!! That is really wonderful!! It kind of saddens me that the doctor was telling you that surgery was the only way to lose weight...and that he/she is telling other patients that! You proved them wrong in a great way! :)

I am 5'2 and started off at 175. I am now 131 and trying to get to 120. I have kept the weight off for a year now, just having a hard time losing the last little bit. Good luck to you! :) Everyone looks amazing! Great job ladies!!!

Thanks guys! I have a ton of bathing suits from VS. The top fits great, but the bottoms are horrible. If I get a medium, they are tight in the hips, but if I get a large the butt is saggy. I will try athleta, thanks! :) And what are Roman chair lifts? I have never heard of them.

BMI does not take into account muscle mass. Maybe you can talk to your doctor and he could point you in the right direction. I'm not really sure how they come up with those numbers?
