Bad days

This post is just my opinion, no science to back it up so take it as just my thoughts.
We all have bad days. The bottom line is you need to get over it. If yesterday was the bad day and you ate way too much, its now in the past. Don't punish yourself the next day by starving yourself. It doesn't help. Don't run an extra 2 miles to make up for it, you'll get injured most likely. If you give attention to yesterday, it now becomes part of today. Just get back on the wagon and make today a good day.

Yep...best to accept it for what it was (a bad DAY) and don't let it become a bad week or month. Just get back to doing what works!
  • Yup! I agree. Though, for me personally, even if I just had a bad meal and the rest of the day is fine, I don't beat myself up over it. It happens, life happens, and you won't be perfect forever.

Totally agree. If I have a bad day, I just continue to go to the gym and eat healthy like it never happened. My body def knows when I eat bad though...it does not like it ha. Great post!

One thing I say to myself is, "If today is the absolute worst day of your life, then by definition, tomorrow will be better."
