  • IHO you are trying way to hard. Exercise but start slowly and build up. Not saying you shouldn't give it all you got but don't do it on the first day. I started out at 350 lbs. and couldn't possibly do 40 min. on the elliptical. I started out at 15 min. then went 3 - 5 minutes longer each workout until I worked my up to 45…
  • I eat 16 Wheat Thins, 1oz. dry roasted peanuts, Orville Redenbachers 100 calorie microwave popcorn or an apple as my snacks. It works for me.
  • Sometimes I go 3 - 4 weeks and don't really lose but I don't really gain. I'll fluctuate 1 or 2 pounds then one day I will lose 3 or 4 pounds at one time. Keep it up, if you are really under all the time and exercising, it will come off. I don't know your age but the older, the harder it is to lose.
