snack, snack, SNACK! :)

ok, so I've been eating every hour or so....snacking like crazy at work... keeping my portions to 1 cup or less... like a cup of green beans, or a string cheese, or a banana, or a cup of grapes, or a handful of nuts, or a thing of yogurt, or jello... Any other suggestions? :)

    Reduced sodium turkey pepperoni, fresh cut veggies are always the best choice.

    act II light butter popcorn.......... 15 calories per cup....no fat.... i ate 5 cups yesterday hahahaha!

    I eat 16 Wheat Thins, 1oz. dry roasted peanuts, Orville Redenbachers 100 calorie microwave popcorn or an apple as my snacks. It works for me.
