Sometimes the scale has to recalibrate. Mine works that way. You step on, let it get your weight, step off and it calibrates and then you weigh as normal. But this is only if it's been moved. I got a real good one and highly recommended one off Amazon.com. Glad things worked out and YAY for your loss. :)

I actually emailed one of the moderators here on MFP and he suggested the use of the "report post" feature. With thousands of posts and threads it's impossible for them to moderate all the forums. I actually asked a trainer, in person, yesterday at my gym. He said that you don't really need too unless you've stopped losing weight but one (women) should never go under 1200 calories a day. Up until MFP, I have never heard of eating back calories but you will find a lot of people who believe 100% that you should. I do…

Thanks for posting... I have been considering buying something like Spanx for working out to help with holding my stomach in. I know I need something when I do jumping jacks lol Oh, I love that they are found at Target too. Great to know!

I have a question. When I jog sometimes I can feel it in my shins. Is this just because I'm using them and toning is happening or is this something I should be concerned about, like shin splints? Yes, the gym I go to does have that free initial session and I have that this coming Tuesday. :) I've belonged to the gym since Feb. and just doing that session. I do want the proper form and etc. Thanks!

There are days where I the weights feel like a ton and then they are fine. I've been going to the gym but just haven't done the DVD again yet. I do plan on doing it though! Right about the side lounges is when my arms get sooo tired lol . Thanks for your reply. :)

I actually would make my sandwiches like that and freeze them. When I would take one out and heat it up, I didn't find mine soggy at all. I would cook my eggs and build the sandwich, wrap, cool, and then freeze.

I've not been able to do 30DS for the last few days so I've fallen behind a lot of you but I'm still going after it and will finish it. I just may take a little longer as I am still struggling with fatigue in some parts of level 1. I do put the weights down when I get to that point so I'm pressing on... :D
