Does it really matter...
...if you exercise in the morning or in the evening? There are all sorts of stuff out there that support one over the other but does it really make a difference?

Wow, WATP vs Gym
Instead of going to the gym tonight I did Walking Away the Pounds 3 mile walk (actually on did 2 miles at 30min) and felt like I was sooooooo out of shape.
