Wow, WATP vs Gym

Instead of going to the gym tonight I did Walking Away the Pounds 3 mile walk (actually on did 2 miles at 30min) and felt like I was sooooooo out of shape. I do not get like that when I do the elliptical or treadmill at the gym. Plus, all that aerobic workout didn't burn as much as the gym either.

BUT, I know I got a workout and it will get easier. Man, whew! :)

    Changing up the routine is a great way to keep our bodies in shape (using different muscles) and helps keep our minds from getting bored.

    I agree and I definitely get bored easy. Have to admit that I thought maybe I should wait a while until I lose more weight to do any of my DVD or workout videos. But I did the minimum 30 minutes.

    I quit exercising at one time until I found out why I would get very sick afterwards so I don't push myself as hard. Heart and etc was fine. Really don't know why that happened so i just watch it.
