I have completed both...and I was discouraged by not losing that much on the scale...however I lost inches, and that is most important. I just finished week 2, and WOW, this is intense...but worth it. I agree, totally have to have inner self motivation to complete the workouts. Take additional breaks if needed!

I just bought a pair of Nike In-Season, cross trainers...LOVE them, they come in bright pink or blue, or a few other colors. They have memory foam in-soles. I absolutely love them! I have been using them for kickboxing, circuit training, etc...Ladies Footlocker!!

We are handing out candy. But last year my boys received granola bars, little Easy Mac-N-Cheese packets, popcorn balls, bags of chips and loved them! I think they would welcome Oatmeal too...something different in the mix of all the candy!! They even said last night they hope they get mac-n-cheese again.

Right after work here. Would love to workout in the morning before work, but cannot force myself to wake up. I do good for a few days, then go back to sleeping in and not working out. So right after work has been best

I am just under 5'10...I have a goal of 155, but just depends on how things go...I am going more for a pant size than anything!

Get clear gloves from a local deli , put a piece of candy corn in each finger, fill with popcorn, tie top and slide a little spider ring on one of the fingers!

We just celebrated our 1st anniversary a week ago, but still 'feels' new...and I am focusing on reaching my goal. Biggest challenge is getting my husband to try new healthier meals. Some days we eat together, but different meals, lol.

Exercise bands are reasonably priced and very effective. Anything around the house can work as well, soup cans, books, etc

I exercise so I can have extra calories to consume 'beer', I also have been having a beer, then a glass of water, then another beer, etc. Helps on consumption of too many calories
