  • This was just the kinda post I was cruising for. Losing 100 pounds is no small feat, and it's my main goal as well. I'm feeling really good about starting this journey where as in the past losing weight always felt like a chore. This go around feels exciting. I'm really feeling positive about it :)

  • i'm with you! It's tough. But when it's going well it feels sooooo good. Try to keep that in mind. Being healthy feels so much better than anything tastes.... isnt that so much easier said than done?!
