was discussing with friends on here earlier, Im not feeling the need to weigh everyday at the moment. On previous occasions on here I have become a touch obsessive so I dunno if I am doing this healthier or if Im not in the zone yet lol! I am checking my weight in once a week.

Rick Gallops low GI chicken with cherry tomatoes and tarragon, i think youll find it in the database. It is delicious and easy whether on a diet or not.

The info from polar says this month. I keep checking on here, nothing yet. I can t wait it will make life MUCH easier for me. Hopefully once they have access it wont take MFP too long to sort their end

Just heard from Polar Jan 2015 they are linking with MFP woo hoo! Re how I use mine, I use the polar beat app on my iphone when running, elliptical or walking with the h7 this synchs to flow and is incorporated into your loop data (now). I like the GPS data etc which you dont capture with the loop alone.

Hi, Im 5' 1" started at 170lbs and am on 1500 net and am losing steadily 1-2lbs per week. I eat my exercise calories that I measure with an hrm (do not trust the MFP database it offers way too many calories). Been around here a long time, got to goal then lost the plot. I lost all my weight by never eating the full amount of calories MFP allows, they seem very inflated. Since getting an HRM I almost always eat HRM allocated calories, seems logical my daily allowance is at a deficit so I exercise to eat more lol! and I am losing…
