I agree. I couldn't work out for 8 hrs a day either....it would probably kill me.

I used to drink a ton of soft drinks, and it wasn't until I cut them out that I realized how badly they reacted with my acid reflux. I drink flavored water when I get a craving because I don't want to go back to indigestion 24/7!

^^^this! Cheat days were becoming a habit for me, and I usually ended up eating back all the weekly progress I made. I have cheat meals, but I still stay within my calorie limits.

I'm pre-diabetic and I track calories, fat, sodium, sugar, and carbs. Sugar and sodium are the ones I watch the most since I also have high blood pressure.

^^I agree. I love it, but it's quite high in sodium for me since I'm on a low sodium diet.

I drink 8-10 glasses a day but with acid reflux, I get sick if I drink too much.

^^^^This is how I quit. I just stopped and refused to buy more. It's hard to quit when others around you smoke, but if you want it bad enough it can be done. I didn't notice a weight gain after I quit, but I did see a huge difference financially!
