I always overestimate... and try to underestimate workouts. I think overestimating is the lesser of two evils.

Woo Hoo!! That's awesome! My scale is kind of wonky in the BF% department, but I agree that going by that is a fantastic indicator. I'd like to travel back in time and get my body fat measured when I first started losing :smile:

I definitely agree. I have photos and they were the best thing I could have done. I just have a hard time staying focused without the constant information coming in.

Is it possible that you were wearing stretchy pants in the size you started at? I have pants that fit me now, but just more loosely. How much different are your measurements? I wouldn't worry too much about it, definitely don't let it discourage you. Just keep at it :smile: and you'll get there eventually!

Well, my bf noticed once I got passed the 10lbs lost mark. Co-workers and friends are starting to notice right now. As for me, I can't tell a difference looking in the mirror yet.. except that I am swimming in some of my clothes!

My Mexican restaurant go-to is grilled shrimp fajitas, and I just don't used the tortillas/sour cream. Instead I eat the shrimp with salsa on top of the lettuce that comes with the fajitas. I do this because my fave Mexican spot doesn't overdo the oil on the fajita veggies. Other options are: salad with none or light…

Initially, my main motivation was to look good, if we're being honest. But honestly, now I just love being athletic and improving on that level. I love being strong and feeling like I'm up for anything that used to scare me before - like getting invited to go on a grueling hike with friends.

He probably did handstands full time before he was in a wheel chair. I don't appreciate him telling me to do handstands. It's my goal NOT to do handstands. I'M SO TIRED OF BEING PERSECUTED AS A NON-HANDSTANDER.
