I have gone from all but one pair of my jeans being too small and even they were getting too tight to not having any jeans fit because they all fall off.

Maybe kettle bells wouldn't be the way to go for me then. Ok I went today. There is only one squat rack but its not a very busy gym. When I went for my walkthrough there was only one person there and I went at the time I would normally go. I didn't want to but I did it. I tried the upper body workout that came with my kettle bells. I thought it was gonna kill me but I did it all with some modification. My legs are jelly too because it was all done in some sort of squat, lunge, or stretch.

Are you weighing and logging everything? The time of day or if you eat your calories doesn't matter. All that matters is you take in less calories than you burn. I hear there are some people who have difficulties due to medical conditions like pcos.
