Ok so I did the 25 second wall squat. You said squats so the person above you has to do 25 squats. I am going to do another to show you. Lunges....Now you do 25 lunges and whoever posts something below me I will have to do whatever they say. That make better sense?

Day 1 complete. I had my SO stand over me and watch that I kept my back strait and had good form. I did do the modified version on my forearms.

I am in. My first goal is 25 lbs so this is perfect. SW 225.6 CW 225.6 GW 200 lbs My goal weight is just my first goal obviously. I handle my goals better if I take it in small bites.

Thank you all. That makes sense. I wanted to hear what others had to say before I decided one way or another. In general I will not eat them except for maybe on occasion a few for a snack.

I was just doing it because it shows up on my food tracker. I do not have any medical conditions that would cause me to have to watch my sugars. After reading your comments I went and changed sugar to fiber. Not so much because I want to limit my fiber but so I can watch it and make sure I am getting enough. Thank you all.

Sounds sort of like flex points in weight watchers!!! You have got to let yourself have a little give from time to time so you dont feel restricted but its gotta be a little give. Looks like youve got this down pat though!!!

another way to cut the calories in it is make sure its all heated up well and then wrap it in a large lettuce leaf rather than a tortilla
