Today have you lost some weight, reached a goal, accomplished something you were unable to before, tried something new? Brag about it here so we can all cheer you on. I am going to try to post one of these each day. As we watch and cheer other peoples accomplishments it will help fuel the fire to help us achieve our own form of greatness. If you haven't anything to brag about feel free to cheer on those who do.

This is a great idea!!
Today, I wasn't sure if I would be working late, so I got up and made the effort to get a workout in before work.2 -
That's awesome. I need to start trying to get up earlier to get a workout in before work. It's those small choices that make us successful.1

I had a long day painting at my fitness studio, and I still came home and ran 5k.3

Love this!!! Today was day three of being on track! I also added another 1/2 hr to my morning workout.1

As of today I have lost 55 Lbs. Yeah! A whole lot more to go but I am proud of that small accomplishment. Also every day this week, I am proud because I didn't want to get up and exercise. I wanted to sleep just a little longer but every day I have gotten up and completed my exercise goal. It's those small victories that keep me going. Knowing that I am strong enough to battle my own demons.3

New low weight today! Officially down 45.8 lbs. Tomorrow I start Stronglifts 5x5 and I am very excited!3
