Once I'm at my goal weight and have gained some nice muscle tone I want to buy a ridiculously skimpy top that I would never normally wear. One of those midriff exposing sleeveless crop tops, maybe with an open back :p I'm sure I'll never wear it outside of the house, but I will look dang good in it!

Great thread idea! I'm going to be the maid of honor in my sister's wedding this August. I have about 10 more pounds to lose and then I want to work on improving muscle tone. I'm not getting in shape specifically for the wedding but knowing that it's coming up, and that I'll be wearing a strapless dress, has been a helpful…

Wow, you look so fantastic!! Congrats on all your progress :) That black top looks really great on you too!

Amazing results!! What exactly did you do to get that V-cut on your lower abs / hips? I've heard that it just comes when you get really lean, but there must be some kind of exercise involved too, right?

Good to know! Thanks!

I've been experiencing the same thing and would also love to find out what's going on ... My scale was a $25 one from Target. Taylor brand. Seems like it *should* be accurate but a lot of foods have been weighing out to show a single serving is larger than when measured in cups.

Not having any sidewalks is very annoying! My dentist's office is across a highway from this Irish pub that I like so even though it would be just a short walk, it's impossible. Huge difference from a year ago when I was living in this great inner city apartment - literally 30 steps from my door was a grocery store, a…

Moving more during the day is something that I've been trying to work on too and it's actually been kind of hard for me. I read all these articles on how you need to limit your time sitting down and how working out a few times during the week isn't enough. I want to feel like I'm living an active lifestyle but it seems…

That's awesome!! How's your c25k going? I started that last summer but quit after like week 3 :-/ Can't believe how difficult it was for me - Need to give it another go one of these days.

First is my stomach and last is my upper arms - which is a shame, because they're the spot I'm always most bothered by. I love taking monthly progress pics and seeing which area has shrunk :)

I think either my boobs or my hair would be my best feature. I would change my upper arms - they've always been bigger than I'd like and seem to be the absolute last place that I lose fat from! So frustrating. I hope that eventually I won't always feel like I have to cover them up.

Hi everyone :) I started losing weight a month ago - Seriously let myself go over the past year and now I'm trying to get back to my old shape and fitness level again. I'd like to lose 6-7 more pounds by Christmas, basically 1lb per week. I have big problems with losing motivation and quitting, so mostly I'd just like to…

I'm in and I totally needed motivation help with this exact thing right now so thank you!! The stationary bike is always my cardio method of choice but I really haven't felt like using lately, even though I really should. I'm going to do 20 minutes too, and if by that point I feel like still going I'll continue. :)

You look amazing - thanks so much for sharing your story!

I'm definitely up for this! My May 1st weight is 130 - I'd love to be at 125 by June - and to be able to *keep* that weight off.

This sounds like a wonderful idea, I'd love to join! I need to lose about 10 lbs and make exercising a part of my everyday life. It'd be excellent to be held accountable - that would help me a lot :)
