I love the Yoga with Adriene series on YouTube. She's funny, great for beginners. I'm doing her 31 day challenge right now and it is a calming, stretching series that I tend to do before bed. It compliments the cardio and strength I do as well.

I agree, it is hard to look at the scale. But try to think about how you are feeling instead. I run alone on the fabulous forest paths in Germany (we're US military). The area is safe, except for wild boar. :D But some days I only encounter a few people so it can be eery. Frozen Jumbo shrimp and cocktail sauce. It is kind of expensive, but I have it several times a week as a snack and it feels like a special treat yet full of protein!

Chobani is my favorite and I've tried a variety. Still no match to the yogurt when I lived in Europe...it was like dessert!

I just finished it over the weekend. You will find that it does get somewhat easier with time. I kind of jumped around on the various levels. I only did a few days at level 1 and then went to level 2, but if I was really tired I'd select level one even towards the end. I got some nice results after the 30 days!
