  • I have cheat days but they definitely would not equate a bad eating day I would have had before. So I might allow myself a couple of oreos or a gelato. Today is a family birthday party and while I plan to indulge, I will still be smarter about what/how much I eat.

  • Started at 230, if I can get to 150 I'll be thrilled. 130 would be a dream! We'll see! I'm counting calories and exercising 6 days a week. I typically do a combo of treadmill, elliptical and weights for one hour!
  • Like others have said, there's def more nutrition in whole eggs but more calories, fats, etc too! If I'm not really hungry I may eat just 2 whole eggs. If I'm really hungry I'll do 1-2 whole eggs then add 2-3 egg whites for bulk! Throw some hot sauce on it! Yum!

  • I eat it plain or with fruit on top, oranges, pineapple, peaches. I've also made a lower calorie buffalo chicken dip with it because I love that stuff, I just put about equal amounts cottage cheese and shredded chicken and added Frank's Red Hot. I dipped celery and wheat thins in it, it was delicious!

  • MFP puts nearly everyone on 1200 cals. I lost 6 pounds the first week but now it's slowed down! Probably mostly water!
  • I have some underwear that my husband bought me for Christmas a couple of years ago, they're super cute but were the biggest size they had and didn't fit me! :( I'm hanging onto those for someday!

  • I'm wonder this too. I'm 5'4" and 226 pounds and I was also recommended 1200 calories. But then I used this calculator; http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm and it suggests 1800 calories for extreme fat loss. So what's up? I am losing weight steadily but 1200 a day is hard.
