When people say they quit drinking soda and lost a lot of weight, I assume they're talking about regular soda? I've lost 17 pounds!
Why doesn't it feel as amazing as I thought it would? I can wear my smaller clothes, I can see the numbers going down. I still feel the same! Maybe because nobody else can tell yet? Part of me doesn't really believe it, like the scale could just be off.

Weird Question
Did those who have lost weight notice if their nose got smaller? I know your nose grows throughout your life but I feel like my nose is fatter than it used to be. Wondering if it will shrink down! :) Thanks in advance!

Don't understand body fat percentage calculation.
I did my body fat percentage which came out to 28.4%. For females that's in the normal range. I know at my weight, I am not in a healthy range. Doesn't make sense! It says 0% body fat for me would be 156 pounds. WHAT?!? Please explain!

How to figure out calories burned during exercise?
The elliptical says one number, MFP says a bigger number, I google and get a number somewhere in the middle. I try not to re eat my burned calories anyways but it would be nice to know what I did burn! Thanks!
