I don't think a sleepover every once in a while will be harmful. I guess they don't think in the kids' rooms, right? Just try to organise them at your place as often as possible! :)

I don't have a leg gap and will never do. A few years ago, I was 112 lbs and 5"5 and my thighs were still touching! I think it's a question of body type.

Ripped in 30. It's harder than 30DS but still below the 35 mins mark. I think 6 weeks 6 pack is also less than 40 minutes. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism lasts for 55 min but you can easily skip circuits to make it shorter.

I'm 128 lbs and 5"5 (with 36" hips) and most clothes I own say UK size 12 on the label (H&M, Zara, Mexx...). I doubt a size 10 would fit an overweight person!

When I was a kid, we didn't have a shower at home so it was bird bath every day and bath 1-2 times a week. Nobody never stank in our house!

What works for nutrition/diet, works for exercise too. Don't exercise more than you plan to exercise your whole life or you'll have trouble maintaining.

I usually shower everyday but I sometimes skip a day on week-ends. I wash my hair every 4 days.

I don't track water either. I drink when i'm thirsty and don't obsess about urine colour. Has worked pretty well so far!

Well, it's better to go nuts on fruit than on chocolate or deep-fried food. :) But fruit have calories like any other food, so if you eat 8 apples a day on top of your normal intake, it's still 640-1000 cals more than what you should eat!

Bronchitis and flu are totally unrelated. Pure coincidence. I never had the flu so I didn't bother getting the shot. I'm more of a common cold person.
