If you are hungry so soon after a meal, either you're not eating enough either you're eating the wrong foods. Try upping your protein intake and if that doesn't work, try upping your general caloric intake.

I do not have a set calendar but I try to vary workouts as much as possible. I usually never do the same workout twice on the same week.

When taking a brisk walk you're in the healthy heart rate zone (50% to 60% of HRmax). You're not getting an intense work out but still improving fitness and burning fat!

Without ruling out the tumor, I think there are other causes you want to consider first... You know, if you hear hoofs, think horses and not zebras. What's your height? Starting weight? Exercise routine? How much have you been eating?

Imho, winter weight gain is the result of inactivity and excess of comfort food. Genetics might play a minor role but I think people tend to take that as an excuse!

Works for some recipes, doesn't for others. For better results in baked products that require rising, use half sugar half splenda. I used to bake a lot with splenda and apple sauce (in lieu of oil) but not anymore. You're better off eating the real stuff and fitting the calories in your daily allowance! Much more…

I've been on Mirena for 1.5 years. I love it! I feel "left out" when I read TOM threads because I don't have a TOM anymore. No more PMS, no more bloating, no more pains... Just happiness! Didn't influence my wieght loss at all.
