Should be ok if you eat your exercise calories. I don't know what your diet look like but maybe try something similar to what body builders do (more proteins to increase muscle mass)? Are you doing any strength training? Don't worry about getting too bulky, it doesn't happen by accident... :)

Same as with the kiddo, eat what I eat or don't eat at all. The only exception is on our take-out night, he has French fries and I have Chinese but that's just a matter of personal preferences.

I skip dinner (baaaaad) and have pick n mix or popcorn instead! :) I'm lucky enough that where I live movie popcorn is air-popped so the calorie count is still reasonable.

Are you sure you need to lose those 5 extra pounds? You can focus on shaping up without losing anymore weight. Why not focus on inches and general fitness?

On a similar thread a while ago, someone suggested making a weight graph. Weight yourself often and record your weight in an Excel/Opencalc sheet. After some time, you will notice you weight fluctuates up and down on a daily/weekly basis. Some days you'll gain for no apparent reason but if you're watching what you eat, the…

Water in tea/coffee/diet soda/soup/fruit/veggies will do the same job.
-
You drink tea :)

Water does not "cleanse your body" or "flush toxins". That's the job of your kidneys and liver. You need to be hydrated for them to function properly, but any fluid will do (water, tea, coffee, soda, soup, fruit, veggies...). Of course, soda and juice are loaded with sugar and you should stay away from them for that reason…

When you're not from the UK, you usually can't be the difference, except between the obvious like Scottish, British, Irish. We used to study accents in college and I sometimes had difficulties telling the difference between an Aussie and a English accent! On the other hand, I can tell whether someone is from Paris or from…

Don't freak out about 1/2 pound or you'll lose your sanity. 1/2 pound is one cup of water... A pee!

What erickirb says. MFP: Already calculates a deficit for you Doesn't take into account your exercise Other site: No deficit Takes into account your exercise

I don't see why it wouldn't :)

Get rid of everything diet or light. Eat real cheese, full fat dairy, butter instead of margarine,... Taht alone should add a few calories to your total without you having to eat more. :)

I'm 5'5 and a small frame. I'd like to be a EU size 36/38, which is probably similar to a US size 4/6.

Is it me or does the title of this post sound like The Nine Circles of Hell?

I'm sure it's cute anyway! :)

Do you have the same accent as Eve Myles?

1) What bits hurt the most for each level (body parts I mean not parts of dvd!) Lvl 1: 1st circuit was hard on my hamstrings (jumping jacks + rope) + knees Lvl2: All those planks move hurt my arms/shoulders! Lvl3: don't remember anything special 2) If you use a HRM did you find much difference between the levels in cals…

I went to London with a friend 3 weeks ago and we were laughing about the fact we liked British accents. All of them. Even the accent of the homeless guy who asked for change at King's Cross station!
-
I like the British accent (London/TV one), Scottish and Irish accents. I swear they could just read the phonebook and make me happy!

I cook because I love cooking and we have a dishwasher. :)

First you need to be sure you're not overestimating your exercise calories. Are you wearing a HRM or relying only on gym machines/MFP? If not, you should probably eat at least some calories back. Instead of waiting until the evening, try to even out the calories across your day. If you know you're going to burn 800 cals in…

I certainly don't drink 8 glasses of water a day! Maybe 4-5 glasses... But with diet coke, decaf and fruit, I don't worry too much. I drink only when i'm thirsty.

That's why I started focusing on something else than numbers. I also have a history of eating disorders and I know how it's easy to set another goal, then another, then another. Reaching 125 lbs would be nice but what I want now is shaping up, even if it means staying at 130 lbs forever!

Hate to be the one to rain on your parade but when I was 112 lbs and below healthy BMI, my thighs still touched! I think it depends on your morphology...

They are. You could travel back in time and land in the 80s!!!
-
1 cup milk 1 cup water 1 cup quinoa 2 cups blueberries 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted* 4 teaspoons of sweetener (sugar, agave nectar, honey,...)

Spend those 120 cals on chips. Problem solved!

Grapes. Nuff said.

WHy can't you send nuts to school? Is it a school policy because of allergies?
