I tend to agree with the Brits (fteale and co). I live in Belgium and it's really unusual to have a gun here unless you are a hunter or a policeman. I really don't feel the need to own one! The possibility something tragic happens outgrows the probability that I have to use it to defend my family, imho.

What part of "MFP has already calculated a deficit in your 1200 cals allowance" isn't clear? Anyway, When I was losing weight with MFP, I ate all my exercise calories back. There's no way 1200 cals was enough lol!

Trying to go for the real thing as much as possible! Real: Butter Sugar/fats in baked goods (no more splenda/applesauce cakes for me) Cheese Reduced Fat: Dairy (cream, cream cheese, Fage 2%...-) Fake or low fat: Diet soda (I hate regular soda) Sweetener in hot beverages Fage 0% Milk

Scramble with spinach, garlic, salt and pepper then fill cannellonis or manicotti... Pour tomato sauce and voilà! :)

Fats usually do the trick for me so eggs would definitely be on the menu. With some cheese maybe! Or PB/Jam sandwiches?

Dunno what your budget is but under $50 you have socks! Not any pair but the kind you find in outdoors stores, the very warm kind, perfect for guys who like to fish/hunt/stand in the cold for hours!

Don't forget your proteins. MFP proteins ratio is pretty low, don't be afraid to eat 100g prot per day!

Make sure to eat a calories surplus. You won't gain muscle on a deficit (well some people do but I think you need to be brand new to lifting)
