How many calories are you eating now? Try eating 100-200 calories more for a week or two and see what happens. If you're still losing, rince and repeat until you reach 1900! :) I've gone from 1200 cals to 1500 calories in 2 steps without any major damage to weight loss (I'm also eating most of my exercise calories).

I look a bit older I think. But I'm 100% more confident which I wouldn't trade for the world!

Eat 1,930 calories. Food = pleasure + fuel for my body, what's not to love?
-
It shouldn't hinder your weight loss provided: 1) you do not overestimate your exercise calories (if using machine or MFP numbers, only count 60-70%) 2) you do not underestimate the calories you eat

I keep leftovers, no matter how little of them. If there's not enough to make a whole meal, I complete with a salad!
-
I've used Fage 2% instead of mayo in tuna salad and it worked well. Haven't tried with 0% because it's less creamy.

Your diary isn't public :)
-
Fage 0% with maple syrup and muesli!

Banish fat Boost metabolism burns a good deal of cals but it's high impact. I was surprised how many cals I burnt doing Leslie Sansone's 2 miles (185 I think and it's 30 minutes)

Looks delicious! What kind of cream is she using?

I don't see how eating at your BMR/RMR would constitute a "high day"! Are you sure you don't confuse BMR and TDEE?
-
I go to the gym in whatever panties I'm wearing that day. I have never given it a second thought and couldn't care less if other people are noticing!

Schadenfreude

In this case, won't I keep the flab on top of newly built muscle?
-
I'm afraid the cutting ALL refined carbs is not an option. I've been down the road of very restrictive diets and I can't maintain them on the long term. Last time I tried, I ended up fighting bulimia during 3 years so no thanks! I'll do my best and see if I can achieve results that way. Maybe it'll take much longer!

BF scale says I have 28% BF and navy calculation method says 27%. I will follow my current plan and see where I am in 1-2 months! I might be someone who stores fat primarily in legs/butt since my upper body is pretty lean (I'm starting to see muscle definition on my abs). If there's nothing to do to change that, I'm ok…

I'm in! I need to get rid of the flab but I don't want to lose anymore weight so that's the perfect challenge for me! Name: Catherine Height: 5'5" CW: 128 GW: None Bodyfat %: 27-28% Goal BF%: 22%

While I agree on the lift heavy advice, she said "1.5kg" weights which is close to 3.5 lbs.

This. Listen to your body! :)

Took the pictures but didn't look at them before the end of the 30 days!

Week 5 30/11/11 Thighs: 44.50 inches (this number was doubled) Arm: 22 inches (this number was doubled) Waist : 29 inches Hips: 34 inches Chest: 36.5 inches -1" I'm in for December in that matters!

What a difference! Especially in your arms and back!

Trial and error + common sense. Works for me (and not only for weight loss).
-
Depends on your fitness level. Insanity is definitely harder!
-
Wow! You just look incredible, what an inspiration!
-
I like variety so both!

You're clearly not eating enough! 700-800 isn't enough for a woman, let alone for a man that exercises! Remember you need fuel to keep your body working properly... I suggest upping cals (to at least 1500 cals a day but check what MFP recommends for you) and sticking to clean foods. :)

Looking good!

I've never been overweight so it's never been about health for me. But it's not only for the looks! I want to be fit, I want to be strong, I want to see how far I can go!

I should learn to read the posts! Leslie Sansone, Turbo Jam/Fire and Banish Fast Boost metabolism are great cardio DVDS that require no material (you need a mat for BFBM but you can easily skip the core circuit where it's needed). Great calorie burners, too! If you have the choice between several curries and byrianis, try…
