I agree. Thank you! I will just be happy with any help I may get with extra calories lost from metabolism boosting foods. I suppose I'll look at it as a pleasant surprise if it results in weight loss. it's much better than worrying about an extra factor in my weight loss. That way, I can concentrate on exercise and stick…
