Aw cheers guys, I'm a newbie (as you can see) and didn't expect anyone to reply! Anyway, going to head off to the gym and do plenty of stretching as suggested and then train a bit but nothing too hard on the legs. I am anxious to keep my diet and exercise up and keep in the zone. :0)

Thanks Nerple....I really want to go to the gym tonight but I also want my thighs to recover sufficiently so that I can train properly again. I think I might go to the gym and work on abs and upper body as you suggested and maybe a bit on the rowing machine as it's not so tough on the legs. Thanks again

I know, once I started I couldn't stop LOL!. I had DD1 in March 2008, DD2 in early April 2009 (she was due in March but was overdue) and DD3 in March 2010! It's taken me until now to get my head around losing weight as I have a little more time to myself. I would really love to get my pouch sorted. I hate the saggy bit…

No help to you but will be watching replies with interest. I had three deliveries in 2 years and my tummy is horrible after it. My last baby was 5.1kg! I know the stretch marks won't go (although they are not too bad really) but I would love to tone it up.

I just want to look like me.......this is how I looked a few years ago before I put on weight after having my three girls. I was between 11st and 11.5 stone!!!!

Hi all, new to MFP and have around 50 pounds to lose as well. I would really love to lose it by June but expect it to take the year, at least! I am determined! I would love if any of you would add me as a friend. I need all the friends (and encouragement) I can get. Cheers.

In Dublin too Nikki, just started about 10 days ago. I have about 3.5 stone to lose (3 children in less than 3 years!) and I am determined not to have another FAT summer!!!
