Ok so even tho Im eating I have to at even more? Im confused! lol I thought I wasnt supposed to eat the calories I burn? So basically I should make sure my net every day is 1200?

Thats good! I have a goal of 35 miles this week too! Im gonna keep doing the plan and see who things go. Im still doing all of my other workouts and walking but this I'm doing a night after I get my kids to bed and tthe house is quiet! Good Luck!

There is a basic starter plan for beginner's, A advance plan and also a plan that counts steps. im doing the advance plan. If anyone would like I can POst what you do, Like the whole 6 week plan just let me know what plan you'd like to do.

OMG! I must say I love the 4 really big miles dvd!!! I did miule 3 the 10 minute mile with the jogging twice then I did mile 4 a 15 minute mile with the band and that was a cray 35 minute workout! Goal for October -60 miles Miles completed -62.5 Miles to go -0!!

Well I wasnt sure I had this in me! I did another 18.5 miles since last week and my total is now 48.5 miles! I already upped my miles this month so once I hit the 60 Im just gonna keep posting to see how many I do! Goal for October - 60 miles Miles completed - 48.5 Miles to go - 11.5

Hey well Sorry I havent been on in a couple days! Been busy and I cant post on here from my cell phone app. Well I got in anoth 15 miles so total 30 miles :) 1 mile and I hit my goal for the month so I figured I should up it to maybe 60 miles?? Gonna try my hardest! Good Luck everyone :bigsmile:

No I quit smoking over a year ago and thats about the same time I lost 50lbs. Ppl say you gain because your used to the hand to mouth thing and instead of a cig ppl eat more. Just watch how much you are eating!

Im on the pill and have been since MAy and I havent gained weigh but it's a B**h to lose it! At least for me it is I workout 7 days a weeka nd only lose maybe 3-5lbs a month

My friend was on the shot and gained 60lbs.

I count everything that I put in my mouth! Even if it's just a bite of something I count it! Just because something is healthy doesnt mean you dont count the calories

Thanks everyone. The pain is when I eat like pizza or something fatty so I havent had that in forever! But then I ate a salad last week with fat free dressing and had horrible pain. Tmi and I get the runs alot now too. The birth control is a big part of me not losing weigh fast I guess. Sucks cause I work my *kitten* off…

Well I couldnt get to the gym this morning so maybe tonight to go swimming. But I got another 2 miles in today! total of 12 miles so far. My Goal is 31 miles so only 19 to go but Im not gonna stop when I get there just keep it going! :happy:

Feeling amazing :) Did another 7 miles today! total of 10 so far, I didnt think I was gonna hit 10 miles this quick! Hit the gym this morning for the first time alone and it was good I was nervous but hell Im not gonna lose weigh sitting here!

Im so in :) I cant find my dvd set but I have the 2 mile walk on my tv so Thats the only one I can do! Sucks only cause i love the 3 mile dvd walk soo much! Well I want to try and do at least 40 miles the month of october So far 3 miles down :)

I didnt think about the egg's :) Love that idea! And dianemass I love apple's! I was told to have at least a 300 cal breakfast? Is that something I have tpo do cause today I havent eating but a slice of toast n it's lunch time already
