Good for you, I see it especially in your BACK!!! Hooray!!! Way to go. I started this and half way through day 1 I wanted to PUKE, I didn't do day 2, day 3 I recruited my DH (for my true day 2) and we did it again yesterday, so "we" will be on day 3 today!! Very exciting. I am encouraged by your pictures. :))

Thanks all re supplements/shakes. I think i'm going to continue to use them as extra protein but try to find a way to get in my 3 meals and snacks through relatively unprocessed foods... Much appreciated.

OK, I'm going to ask the question then - are there any meal replacements that you guys are using to keep your calories in check? I know a lot of people who swear by a protein shake for lunch or dinner, but I have a hard time with that. Anyone?
