I used to only wear them for 10-15 minutes at a time, and then I would walk around my house. I can't remember how long it took for them to fit perfectly, but once they did they became the best shoes I ever wore.

I wear a short sleeve t shirt, and then gym shorts of some type. Usually they're mesh shorts or the types of shorts that i wore for my softball uniform, some type of polyester i would assume. On days where I just lift I might wear a long sleeve t shirt.

For me a cheat day for exercise is fine, but unless it is a birthday or something taking a day off from eating well will only backfire. The first few weeks of eating clean are the hardest, but f you stick them out without cheat days then you will stop wanting to eat bad stuff, and then you won't want or need a cheat day.…
