Can't see your food diary, so IDK if you are already doing what I do. But, when I had problems with this, I lowered my carb intake and bumped up the protein. idk about Insanity, but I would check Youtube. They have a lot of stuff on there -- sometimes just 8 minutes at a time. I watched a lot of zumba videos on there. Good luck!

IDK about the accuracy of MFP counts, but there are a number of resources that can help you determine a rough estimate of your burn at various exercises. Jennifer Nicole Lee has a few books on home body building. I recommend these highly! I found some of her stuff on Bodybuilding.com. You should also check amazon.com to find titles and look for them in your library. I got two of her DVDs from my library in Missouri. Good luck!

We're women and cannot be objective about our own bodies. I think that's why we need support and solid documentation including before and after pics, measurements, and keeping track of weight loss. Congrats on the progress! :)
