I do my C25k on Saturday(it like my practice run.LOL) Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursday. Monday-off Zumba-Wednesdays and Fridays. :)

I like that idea so if you don't feel ready to move on to the next week, we still have a place to post. I did complete w3d1 and I did it. I thought I would die on the 3 minutes but I did pretty well. I really proud of myself.

I use C25k app and Runkeeper. In runkeeper I plug in the workout.

I'm starting W3D1 Saturday did a practice jog for 3 minutes (I'm going to die) but after ready your comments I think it will be okay and if I don't feel comfortable I can alway stay on week 3. Thanks for be here you guys You are great.

Really surprise I lost a pound didn't eat well was under calories but ate alot of high salt items and wine. Thank goodness I did exercised or it would have been worse. Hi everyone, I am on week 2 of the C25k. I really enjoying the program in fact so much I have signed up for a 5k in March. I have about a 100 plus pounds to lose but I am finding out running is no problem for me. Yeah. looking for forward to reading your post. :bigsmile:
