question: How much watermelon are you eating? Their is about 46 calories in a cup so you would have to eat over 21 cups of melon which is mostly water. Which is estimated for about a 15lb watermelon.Or 12 cups of cherries which is estimated 4lbs of cherries. are you sure your counts are right?

How many points is too many? I used flavored creamer it 1 point for a tablespoon. I use 1 tablespoon per cup of coffee usually have 4 cups. I love coffee also. I am fairly new to I am learning to plan for the things I really enjoy.
