has anyone done Fitday dietitians. I am very frustrated and really need help with my diet.

    No. I haven't.

    But, what help do you need with your diet? Is your diary public? If so, list your questions/ frustrations here and you may be able to get some free advice while you pursue getting in for an appointment with the dieticians.

    I have done so many diets and what nots I don't even know where to begin anymore. Not really a junk eater Just eat alot.
