Chive Yogurt dip (can't remember the actual name) - but it is really good with veggies....and not too bad on cals. My absolute fav thing at TJ's is the Edamame Hummus though - - - holy Jesus - - I could eat a whole tub of it - - but it is pretty high in fat and cals.

thanks for the post! I agree with some others who are using lettuce leaves instead of tortillas/taco shells. I do this everytime now.....and I actually don't miss the tortilla at all (serious!) - -as for pizza and ice cream.....well........i'm working on it.

I sometimes struggle to stay motivated - - but what HAS helped me is when I do "mess up", I don't beat myself up about it for very long. I used to do this, and it would lead to a whole WEEK of more bad choices. Everyone here has been so supportive in reminding me to not make the situation even worse by beating myself up…
