I'm doing Couch to 5K and it's GREAT. I was the definition of a non-runner and it's helped me a lot. The app for the iPhone makes it really easy (do I sound like a commercial yet?). I'm doing a mini marathon in April, and I feel like I'll be able to do it without dropping dead on the side of the road.
