Lean Cuisine - Spinach Artichoke Dip With Pita Bread, 1 pita and dip. It's 200 calories, my friend eats these and it's a good alternative to chips and dip. :bigsmile: I also have a recipe for eggplant pizzas if you'd be interested in that. :happy:

Yes lol, I was in late holiday baking mode for my extended family and I thought that I would use them all. I've only gotten through about a dozen so far. I went wayyyyy overboard with the eggs!! Maybe I should be asking for egg recipes instead of how long you can keep hard boiled eggs stored in the fridge lol. :tongue:

I have a friend who eats all of her exercise calories, and she has lost 33 pounds in the last 5 months!! I have been inspired by her, but what if you can't eat all of the calories back because you're way too full to think about it? Call me crazy but it kind of looks like you used a 13x9 inch pan and not an 8x8 as described in the recipe? An 8x8 would yield 9 servings, not 12. And 8x8 pans are perfectly square, your pic is rectangular in shape. Did you double the recipe and put it in a 13x9 inch pan? :smile:

You could always use unsweetened cocoa powder and some Truvia and that might help the calorie count go down. :bigsmile:

Cheesy chicken spinach pasta bake. =) My friend gave me the recipe yesterday while I was on the phone at the grocery store getting the ingredients. I'm going to make it today and freeze the leftovers for lunches for the next week or so. :bigsmile:
