Is there an admin on that can keep lady ^^^ from spamming people's posts with her attempts at selling her wraps? These are true weight loss success stories, not wrap people. They worked their butts off (literally). You can't wrap your way to being healthy, but you can work for it. These ladies are living proof.

Easy with it. You're going hardcore and you could end up burning yourself out. Stress can cause you to gain, so step back, take a breather, increase your cal intake like everyone said, and ease back into it. You'll do great. You are already. :smile:

I have found that they work well for me as long as it is one time per week or less.

Jillian Michaels workout, 20 minutes long. There are 3 levels, you do each level for 10 days. It's pretty awesome, I saw some muscles after 4 days of the workout that I hadn't seen since high school! :bigsmile:

I think the more you shred, the better you'll feel about yourself. You're going to get more toned and sexy and you're going to be on cloud 9! If you need motivation, you could always try the 30 Day Shred support group. :bigsmile:
