prom and cuba are coming up and I'm in need of some serious motivation:(

I work out almost every day..I've tried turbo fire and insanity but haven't seen any great results

right now I'm trying out 30 day shred..I'm beginning to feel more toned but I just want to lose weight!

my goal weight is to be 115 pounds.. so I only want to lose 10 pounds!

I need motivation :(

    I think the more you shred, the better you'll feel about yourself. You're going to get more toned and sexy and you're going to be on cloud 9! If you need motivation, you could always try the 30 Day Shred support group. :bigsmile:

    What's you calorie intake/excursion like? You already look gorgeous- you just need to feel it!
  • thank you :) i eat about 1200 calories a day (give or take) and i lose about 200 calories:/ I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong
