I lost 5lb. this week, brings me to CW 240lbs. and 9.5lb. lost since starting the challenge.

4.5 since last Thursday, puts me at 245.

I did great on my calorie counting but haven't done any exercising since Friday.

I did it! I broke the 200 into four sets and did them as they fit into my day. Great excuse to get off my butt and move.

I am going to try to do this. I haven't officially set any mini goals yet and this is about where I want to be by Thanksgiving.
