I think Saturday by noon is fair... that gives all day friday and half of saturday to log in with weight. should be doable for everyone.

I will join the challenge for 150s to get to 140s..... Not sure if thats the group you put me in, but I am in the 150s... not the in the 140s, going to the 130s... thats still a long stretch. LEt me know if thats the group, 150s to the 140s and if so, yup, I am in!

I agree ladies, lets get it together for next week. I feel like I am off to a good start, but we will see what happens. Naomi, I am still injured with my hip too! I am trying to work through it, and do different things, elliptical vs running, etc, but its hard!! I am zigzagging my calories, but not using the calorie counter on MFP, I do more extreme ones, so I eat like 700 one day and then my maintenance calories the next so like 2200, and then alternate...(my up calories are based on my exercise) try googling JUDDD and it might help a bit..

I only just started CLX, finished burn circuit 2 today but I love Chalene!! I love her turbos too!! I hope to have great results as well and I have her turbo jam for the days that the cardio on her routine are not enough. I hear great reviews about it, and will hopefully have more to add in a month or so!! LOL

I use the body bugg and MFP is kinda close in the same calories, but when its higher on MFP, I adjust the minutes down to get the same calorie burn as my armband, that way its more accurate and hopefully not "overestimating"...
