When I fall off the wagon and eat carbs, I can easily put on 4 to 5 lbs in a day. Go for a two day binge, and at least 10 lbs!! Its very unfortunate, and it takes me a week and a half minimum to get rid of it!!

Ok should mention, only check Fasting in the morning. I try to keep carbs under 30, and I exercise everyday just about, walking, spinning, running, kickboxing. I never check ketones during the rest of the day

I found that dailyburn is supposed to be really good for streaming workouts, and its through hulu I think. That might be a great choice.

I dont know if its normal, but I have a hard time keeping my diet in check on rest days too! I can do it the other 6 days most of the time, but that rest day, sheesh! It makes me want to exercise everyday just to avoid it

I struggle with this as well. I find I do better when I exercise, as I feel like I accomplished something, but still its a constant battle to stay out of the kitchen after dinner time! OP, I have them and I enjoyed them. I have not used them in a while (people do stare at you) LOL, but they are fun and they do wonders for the joints. I bought my used on ebay, so that I could try them without the full spending price, and decided if used them enough, I would buy a new pair of them. I think I spent like $75…

I think it sounds like its about right. I am also heavier than you, but I use a heart rate monitor, and runkeeper, and I usually burn about the same from the runkeeper and heart rate monitor, and I am also about 100 calories per mile. So I think that 280 for 3.1 miles and only 114 lbs is probably a pretty good estimate…

When I quit smoking, I gained 50 lbs over the course of a year! That kick started my weight loss program too! Good for you jumping on early. Good luck!

A good support orthotic was the only thing that helped my horrible plantar fascitis. I run almost every day, and do turbo kickboxing on the other days and my feet were horrible. I use a TM now with cushion absorption and I use orthotics in my shoes.. The exercises and ice are very important too.

I am so not a fan of Thanksgiving either. NEver have been. I pick at best. I actually take a huge salad now, as my mom does not really put out a good one, and thats what I eat. They have gotten used to me doing it though, thankfully! i visit with family, but not dont eat alot.. :)

I love Turbo Fire and have been doing it for a long time intermittently now... and i also go to the Gym every monday and do Turbo... LOVE IT! I would go to the gym more if they had more classes... The instructor though makes or breaks the deal. If you have a good instructor, its great, if not... smeh!

I love these, but here is a hint... always heat them in the microwave for 12-15 seconds. Then they are like a warm cookie!! Especially if they are hard, they are too much to eat that way, and the heating takes away that problem! LOVE them! Chocolate brownie and Banana Nut are my absolute favs!!
