Go out and do something - maybe go to the gym, or else I'll have a coffee. If that fails I just face that I am hungry and give in to more food (healthy ops of course :P) I always leave extra cals in my food diary each day just in case though.

Exercising is about releasing those endorphins! Find something you enjoy doing, don't worry too much about the cals. You will learn in time to love it. It really is the best thing for you :)

My Mum just bought an Airfryer. You cut up potatoes (I rather sweet potato) :) and it only uses half a tablespoon of oil.. Otherwise just do the same method and bake with spices. I love Cajun :) :)

I personally don't eat many carbs. My carbs are mostly all from fruits & vegs. I'm a type 1 diabetic so whatever carbs I intake I have to account for when taking my insulin. If I stay low-ish on carbs my dosage is much lower (if any!). Also pasta, rice, bread make me just feel sick and very bloated. Xx

It doesn't seem to happen to me anymore as I've just stopped reducing. I think your body will eventually get used to it and the routine.
