  • I am the same and took both together, again i lost weight but was also doing a calorie controlled diet at the time as well, and the weight loss wasn't mega either. I think alot of the time these are all gimics.

  • Don't say no, its just about being organised. Have friends over and cook for them. I've had many a dinner party when my friends dont know they are eating diet friendly food. When eating out somewhere new get the healthier option, grilled chicken, salads(dressing on the side) etc and just try a bit of his. not as much fun…

  • Thanx girls, i'll try the running. i've tried it in the past but i've never used an Apps or anything to help. I've got a xbox with Zumba but again after a few days i lose motivation. I try to exersize myself so i dont rely on other people so i get pretty bored.
