I know my body got super swollen after I had a baby because of the IV fluids and the nurses just told me to drink lots of water and flush out my system. (Also keep my feet elevated because they were BAD). But I'm no doctor, so I'd trust what they tell her.....

I love seeing their weight lost each week. And can you believe that spin class last week with Jillian?? I know I don't push that hard when I go spinning---what a difference it would make, I'm sure!

I've found some educational ones on DISH network that I recorded. The instructor is Patrick Martin and it does lessons 1-6. Not sure what school or university it's from, but it's on the educational channel. I've liked them so far.

I like the hickory smoked tuna and I do the recipie on the back with whole wheat toritialls. It's a great lunch.

I really hate running, too. I've trained for a couple of Sprint Triathlons and the running is always my least favorite. One blog I read suggested that you increase your runs by 10% every week. I have yet to try it, but my friend has been doing it for a month and she's able to keep it up. At the gym, music always helps and…

I remember going on a hike and carrying a 9 lb container of water. It was a pretty steep climb and I was amazed at how much harder it seemed with the extra weight.
