I finished 90 days Jan 30, 2010. Found out I was pregnant 2/14 and just had my baby last week. P90X totally prepared my body for t his pregnancy. I'm already in my ppjeans (with a little mufin top) but only 9 lbs from pp weight as well. I continued to do Turbo Jam/yoga through week 30-ish and ate right. I LOVE BeachBody…

Why not do Turbo Fire?? If you've been doing CLX you're ready ;) TF is more cardio, interval training. Even the 15 minute workouts will kick your BOOTY! THink CLX burn intervals. PM me if you have any other questions ;)

baby steps ;) I joined Weight Watchers years ago and it was fabulous with helping me set my goals. It had me start with a 10% goal (meaning lose 10% of my total body weight first). From there you set your goal weight. Good luck! Set goals, write them down and hold yourself accountable!

I also recommend ChaLEAN Extreme which is also a Beachbody program. It concentrates on exactly what you're looking for - tightening things! She recommends heavier weights, slower and few reps. You are still sore and get a great workout. I got my hamstrings defined again for the first time in years.…

I started w/TMT and it is a workout ;) I loved it! After a while I switched to ChaLEAN Extreme and then P90X. I also will never sign-up for a gym membership. I occasionally take classes with friends and when I do it's yoga

I've suffered from anemia since puberty. There are books with great info out there. You'll find cookbooks with info, too. How is her diet??? Mine anemia was the worse in college due to poor eating.

Keep with it! Make sure you're getting enough calories, too. Drink plenty of water. You can add a little lemon for natural fluid retention help.

I used/plan on using cloth diapers. They are not too bad at all. Even DH is totally fine with it. Just research which ones and best for you and try a few different brands.

I usually just eat a handful of almonds or a banana with peanut butter. I've found that this time around eating smaller meals more frequently has been key ;)

I wonder if you're waiting too long to eat your snack? I usually am starving 9 and if I don't eat by at least 10 forget it. THen there is no way because my stomach is so upset.
