I honestly used to LOVE ice cream... The only time I really eat it now is Pumpkin Pie Blizzards. Those things......are like heaven.

ARO Pink Lemonade by Vitacost. It's from vitacost.com - it's their brand of pre-workout. It has worked pretty well for me so far after switching from C4 because of stomach issues

I get the Vlasic reduced-sodium kind... I'm sure there are a FEW calories each (the whole if there's less than 5 FDA thing...) but I log them with the info on the jar.

I log pretty much everything... My pre-workout has 0 calories, k-cups have 5, pickles have 0.... I still log it. Everything is usually in my recent foods, so it's not much more time out of my day just to do it.

I get everything I can at Aldi (produce, condiments, snacks, frozen veggies/fruit, toiletries) and go to Walmart for the rest. Where I live, our choices are Walmart, Aldi and Giant Eagle....and Giant Eagle is a rip off. Nearest Whole Foods is about an hour away. The joys of living in crapstown, PA.

It shouldn't be "guessish" if you weigh your food. You eat a potato? Weigh it and log the info for the allotted amount of ounces or grams of said potato. What's there to guess? I second the Polar... Amazon.com sells them and they accept PayPal. I got mine on Amazon and actually saved a few dollars compared to other sites that sell them.
